How do I know my order has been placed successfully?

You will receive an email notification at the email address given. If you did not get this email, please contact us by sending a message at our customer service contact@padelfuria.com

What are the shipping times?

Treatment and shipping times vary. Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:


● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days

How do I track my order?

Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

What happens if my package gets lost in transit?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you haven't received it, we can't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

Can I cancel an order I have already placed?

Orders that have already been placed cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us to contact@padelfuria.com stating the cancellation request and the reason, and we will do our best to assist you.

How can I add products or change my order?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified. If you want to add more products, please place a new order.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at contact@padelfuria.com within 7 days with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution (replacement or refund) as soon as possible.

What is your refund policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in new, unworn condition, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsability. Shipping fees are final and non-refundable.

Clearance and discounted items are final sale.

What is your exchange policy?

We offer exchange within 14 days of receiving your order but the shipping costs are the customer's responsability.

If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store.

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at contact@padelfuria.com within 7 days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

Can I purchase a gift card?

Yes, you can buy a e-gift card. You will find the link on the Home page.

Are my personal and payment details handled securely?

Your card details are treated completely securely. We do not share, sell, or rent your personal information without your consent.

In which languages can you assist me?

We can assist you in English, Spanish and French.
